Radiograph at onset and two months later, bone scintigraphy. Lytic heterogeneous broken lesion involving the epiphysis and metaphysis. The thick lamellar cortex indicates a preexisting Paget disease, confirmed by widespread intense fixation on bone scintigraphy. Two months later, very fast progression of the tumor
